I'm a third-year engineering student who likes building things that actually work. I got into engineering because I genuinely enjoy understanding how systems fit together — and then finding ways to make them better. My projects tend to sit at the boundary between software and hardware: embedded systems, IoT, anything where code has to talk to the physical world.
I've interned at the Bank of Canada and the Canadian Air Traffic Security Authority, working on everything from test automation pipelines to computer vision trials. The puzzle-solving part of engineering is what keeps me coming back.
Outside of engineering I like painting, drawing, baking, and playing basketball. I love being outdoors — hiking and travelling whenever I can, and learning about different cultures along the way. I also have a habit of over-engineering my home setup, which is how the home theatre remote project happened.
